Short Visits That Fit Your Week
Because we're just across the river, a Leland repaint doesn't have to swallow your whole day. We can split the work across visits and keep the rooms you need open.

Distance decides how a painting job gets scheduled. For towns an hour away, it makes sense to finish in as few long days as possible. Leland is five miles west of Wilmington, across the Cape Fear River, so we can work the other way. A job can run in shorter visits, with the second coat or the touch-ups on a return trip, and the rooms you need stay usable in between.
That suits how Leland homes are used. About 94 percent are occupied, per the Census Bureau's 2020-2024 American Community Survey, so a Leland repaint would usually happen around people who live in the house. We plan to paint occupied rooms in an order you choose, so the bedroom you sleep in tonight isn't the one with wet walls.
The houses themselves are young. The median Leland home was built in 2010, against 2002 for Brunswick County, and 88 percent went up in 2000 or later, so many are likely still on their first coat of paint. Builder paint is often a flat finish, which hides drywall flaws but marks easily and doesn't stand up to scrubbing. A washable sheen in halls, kitchens and kids' rooms, or a new color in place of the builder's single one, are both reasonable reasons to repaint.
We are a second-generation wallpaper company that also paints, and every ridge and patch shows under paper. We aim to prep walls for paint to that same standard. The painter in your home answers to us and carries our $2M general liability and workers' comp. Interior painting and wallpaper come from one company, so one call covers both. Our interior painting page covers the full process.
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors, as you choose
Nail pops, dings and hook holes filled and sanded flat
Caulk along trim gaps so the paint line stays sharp
Stains and patches spot-primed before color goes on
Floors and furniture covered before any paint is opened
A sheen chosen for each surface
A walkthrough at the end, touch-ups on anything you flag, and cleanup

In an occupied Leland house we work room by room in the order you set, and the furniture you're using stays in use. Newer drywall often shows nail pops and settling cracks along seams once a house is a few years old, so those are fixed before painting rather than painted over. When builder flat paint goes under a washable sheen, the walls are cleaned first so the new coat bonds. About one Leland home in nine is an attached townhome. If yours sits in an association with rules on contractor hours or parking, send them with your estimate request and we'll schedule inside them.

Because we're just across the river, a Leland repaint doesn't have to swallow your whole day. We can split the work across visits and keep the rooms you need open.

You choose the order. Furniture is covered, the room you sleep in is never the one with wet walls, and each space is cleaned before we move on to the next.

A painter you cannot reach is a painter you cannot plan around. We answer the phone, and we call before we arrive, so you know when the crew is coming and who to ask.

Planning a wallpaper accent wall too? One company sequences both, so the paint on the surrounding walls is cured before the paper goes up, and nobody has to judge another contractor's wall.
From the first conversation to the finished room.
01List the rooms and the days you're home in your estimate request, and send any photos with it. Rooms you can't spare for long get flagged up front.
02We confirm scope room by room, pick sheens for each surface, and agree on an order so the house stays livable throughout.
03We call before we arrive. The crew covers, fills, sands and primes, then paints, returning for second coats where the schedule calls for it.
04We walk every room with you, touch up what you flag and put the furniture back where it was.
We quote your rooms rather than publish a rate card, and you have the number before anything is booked. The factors that move it:
Square footage and ceiling height, including any two-story foyer or stairwell
Surfaces: walls alone, or ceilings, trim and doors too
Prep, such as nail pops and seam cracks in a house a few years old
Furnished rooms versus empty ones
The number of colors and sheens
Pricing in Leland matches Wilmington, with no travel charge, because the drive is short. Splitting the job across visits doesn't change the quote; the number covers the work, not the number of trips. The quote is the quote we honor. If you add a room partway through, you get a written number for it before we paint it, so the total never moves without your say-so. The 10% military discount applies too.

Add a papered accent wall or powder room, hung by our W-2 wallpaper crew.

We source trade papers in colors chosen to suit your new paint.

From our Wilmington base, we serve Leland and the surrounding Brunswick County area, plus the rest of the coastal Carolinas corridor.
